Reimbursement policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after receipt of the package, we unfortunately cannot offer you any reimbursement.
Refunds are made only if the item is damaged or defective and provided that it was returned.
If necessary, we invite you to provide us with proof in photos and videos of the damaged item.
*Please send proof of the defective product within 24 hours after the reception of the package so that your request is taken into account!
Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then this can take a while before your refund is officially published. About 8 days.

To benefit out of promotion of a return your article must be unused and in the same state as you received.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Package returned to the sender :
The packages returned to the sender or refused will be replenished and you will receive a store credit in the form of a 50%discount.
An order can be returned to the sender for one of the following reasons:
An address is invalid where information is missing,
The carrier is not able to deliver your package, or
The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
We assume no responsibility for lost shipments, lost or delivered incorrectly if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of the purchase
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to ewatch.suport@gmail.com
Delivery
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required for the exchange product to reach you can vary.
