What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at ADD EMAIL HERE

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at ADD EMAIL HERE If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.

Q. Can my shipment be delivered to a Post Office box?

A. [Express Shipping]

Most express shipping couriers will not deliver to Post office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO)boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

     [Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping]

Standard or premium standard shipments can be delivered to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxed. However, we encourage customers to avoid using Post Office boxes in case shipments are upgraded to express shipping, which cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

 

Q. What happens to my order if it can’t be delivered and is returned to E-WATCH PRO ?

A. All shipments returned to E-WATCH PRO are considered “undeliverable’. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e. the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as E-WATCH PRO’s regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.  

 

Q. Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?

A. Custom duty is not included in our price. It is responsible for the consumers to pay the custom duty.

 

Q. Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?

A. If a customer refuses a package due to customs issue, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issue, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

 

Q. What is the return/ exchange policy?

A. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Q. How are refunds handled?

A. Once we receive your item, we will inspect if and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status if our refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, excluding fees related to shipping, to your PayPal account. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of day, depending on the situation.

Q.  Why are some of the products different from the ones I see online or at offline stores?

A. E-WATCH PRO sources products directly from K-beauty’s motherland, South Korea. Therefore, the packaging and labels may differ from other retailers who source their products from overseas distributors.

A.  YES! E-WATCH PRO only sells authentic products, we have a no tolerance policy towards fakes, replicas, and counterfeit products! We source our products directly from trusted and authorized distributors and suppliers.
